What is Suon?

An MMORPG server written in Rust with Lua scripting, built as a modular workspace.

Getting Started

Prerequisites

• Rust nightly. Install via rustup:

  rustup toolchain install nightly
  

• Lua 5.5

Run

git clone https://github.com/suonengine/suon.git
cd suon
cargo run

Suon is free, open source, and dual-licensed under either:

• MIT License (LICENSE-MIT or http://opensource.org/licenses/MIT)
• Apache License, Version 2.0 (LICENSE-APACHE or http://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0)
